Procedure for Obtaining Transcripts
Required for higher education admissions and credential evaluation in foreign universities:
The candidate must submit a transcript request letter duly signed by the Head of the Department (HOD) and the Principal in person or through an authorized representative (along with an authorization letter and photocopy of Government Authorized ID Proof) at the Office of Controller of Examinations.
The person submitting the application must collect the transcripts. If unable to come personally, an authorized representative (with authorization letter and photocopy of Govt ID proof) can collect transcripts at the Office of COE.
Candidates must identify target Universities/Institutions. Names and official addresses must be clearly written on official legal-size cloth-lined envelopes supplied at the COE office during application submission.
The prescribed fee (Rs. 1,000/- per copy) must be paid in cash at the cash counter in the college main administrative office.
Candidates will be issued required copies with grades of all completed semesters printed on a single sheet, official sealed, and signed by the Controller of Examinations.
