Table 9.1: Nature of Malpractice and Punishment
Enforced by the Standing Disciplinary Action Committee for all End-Semester & Autonomous Examinations:

Fine Imposed Fine of Rs. 200/- per paper for maximum of 2 papers (Rs. 400/-). More than 2 papers: Rs. 500/- fine. |
| 3 | Letter of appeal coupled with promise of any form of consideration. | The particular examination / examinations, depending upon the seriousness of appeal, taken by the candidate will be cancelled. |
| 4 | Possession of incriminating material for copying in the examination hall. | The particular examination / examinations taken by the candidate will be cancelled. |
| 5 | Copying from notes, books, printed material, or electronic gadgets related to the course. Borrowing answer books to copy. | Current semester examinations cancelled. If repeated, candidate debarred from appearing for ensuing 2 semester examinations. |
| 6 | Inserting previously written answer sheets brought from outside into the answer booklet. | Current semester examinations cancelled and candidate debarred for ensuing 4 semester examinations. |

| 11 | Tampering in statement of marks, provisional certificates, or degree certificates issued by College/University. | Tampered certificates retained by College (no duplicate provided), current exams cancelled, candidate debarred from all college exams for 5 years + Police Action Referred. |
Disciplinary Action Committee Governance & Notes
1. Committee Final Authority
All reported malpractice matters are formally placed before the Disciplinary Action Committee for inquiry. The committee's verdict and decision shall be final and binding.
2. Irrelevant Writing Violation
Writing irrelevant matter or appeals for marks inside the answer script is deemed malpractice and incurs disciplinary action.
3. Zero (0) Mark Recording
Cancellation of examination paper(s) due to malpractice will be recorded as Zero (0) against the title of the respective paper in the Statement of Marks.
4. Repeated Offenses & Notice Board
Second-time malpractice offenses lead to enhanced penalties under autonomous norms. Particulars of punished candidates are published on the Official Notice Board.
Student Examination Hall Instructions
Key rules for hall ticket, entry timing, and permitted stationery:
Produce physical Hall Ticket with candidate signature & College ID Card upon entry.
Occupy assigned seat 5 mins prior. Late entry up to 30 mins requires Principal's written permission.
Use Blue or Black ink only. Only non-programmable calculators and approved data books allowed.
