Hall Ticket & Entry Guidelines

Examination Hall Entry & Ticket Regulations

Provisional Admission

Admission to the End Semester / Autonomous Examination is strictly provisional.

Attendance Compliance

The Hall Ticket is issued subject to satisfying minimum attendance requirements. Failing compliance leads to immediate exam cancellation.

Mandatory Candidate Signature

The candidate must sign his/her signature in the designated space on the Hall Ticket immediately upon receiving it.

Safe Custody of Hall Ticket

Keep the Hall Ticket safe until the conclusion of exams. Entry into the examination hall is strictly prohibited without the physical Hall Ticket.

Allotted Seating & Reporting

Candidates must occupy their assigned seats at least 5 minutes before exam commencement. Switching seats is prohibited.

Late Entry Grace Period (Max 30 Mins)

Late entry after exam commencement requires written permission from the Chief Superintendent/Principal. Absolutely no entry after 30 minutes.

Hall Exit Restrictions

No candidate can leave the hall before 45 minutes from commencement. Candidates who leave early cannot re-enter the hall.

Health & Infection Restriction

Candidates suffering from infectious diseases of any kind shall not be admitted into the main examination hall.
