Admission to the End Semester / Autonomous Examination is strictly provisional.

The Hall Ticket is issued subject to satisfying minimum attendance requirements. Failing compliance leads to immediate exam cancellation.

The candidate must sign his/her signature in the designated space on the Hall Ticket immediately upon receiving it.

Keep the Hall Ticket safe until the conclusion of exams. Entry into the examination hall is strictly prohibited without the physical Hall Ticket.

Candidates must occupy their assigned seats at least 5 minutes before exam commencement. Switching seats is prohibited.

Late entry after exam commencement requires written permission from the Chief Superintendent/Principal. Absolutely no entry after 30 minutes.

No candidate can leave the hall before 45 minutes from commencement. Candidates who leave early cannot re-enter the hall.

Candidates suffering from infectious diseases of any kind shall not be admitted into the main examination hall.

Strict silence must be maintained in the examination hall throughout the duration of the exam.

Only geometric tools, non-programmable calculators, and official data books are allowed. No electronic gadgets or phones.

Candidates must bring their own pens, pencils, and erasers. Answers must be written strictly using Blue or Black ink only.

Write Register Number, Semester, Course Title, and Date on the front page cover sheet only, nowhere else on booklet pages or drawing sheets.

Writing Register Number or special marks inside answer pages that disclose candidate or college identity is punishable under disciplinary rules.

Entering an incorrect or invalid Register Number on the answer book will entail immediate rejection of the answer script.

Candidates are not permitted to exceed the prescribed time duration assigned to each examination paper.

Candidates shall not talk to or ask questions to other candidates during the examination session.

Carrying printed material, cell phones, pen drives, iPods, or programmable calculators into the hall will lead to immediate disciplinary action.

Passing question/answer papers or copying from another candidate is strictly prohibited. All involved candidates face disciplinary action.

Candidates found guilty of using unfair means of any nature will be referred to the Standing Disciplinary Committee.

Candidates must personally hand over answer booklets to the Invigilator / Chief Superintendent before leaving the hall.

Produce Hall Ticket and College ID Card on demand by Invigilator, Chief Superintendent, Anna University Representative, or Squad members.

Writing any notes, formulas, or text on the Hall Ticket is strictly prohibited and treated as unauthorized material.

Candidates shall write ONLY their Register Number on the Question Paper. Any other writing is strictly prohibited and punishable.
